We turned the listings on
Every active home in Washtenaw County, synced from the MLS every fifteen minutes, organized the way people who live here actually think about the place.
This is the first post on the Market Desk, so it should say what we built and why.
Selling Ann Arbor is a real-estate site for Washtenaw County. Not a national portal with an Ann Arbor tab bolted on — a site that starts from the streets and works outward. Every active listing in the county is here, pulled from Flex MLS every fifteen minutes, with the photos mirrored so the pages stay fast.
What we cared about most was answering the two questions every other site buries:
- Is this a fair price for this block? Not the city average — the comps that actually resemble the house, as close to the same street as we can get.
- Will I lose it in a bidding war? On Closing Soon we rank the homes most likely to go under contract this week, built from the real days-on-market curve of recent pending sales, not a hunch.
From here we’ll publish a short note most weeks: what’s moving, what isn’t, which neighborhoods are tightening, and the occasional plain-language explainer for buyers and sellers. No fluff, no “now is always a great time to buy.”
If you own here and you’re curious what your place is worth, that’s what Sell with us is for — a real price band and the three closest comps, with a person reading every request. If you just want to talk to someone local, we’re here.
Welcome in.
